The chef Jean-Marie Mare and his Norwegian wife
Gerd Vigdis Yri Mare are happy to wish you welcome to their restaurant
from February until November in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
During the season they are assisted by their staff.
They always try to listen to your wishes and to share their passion of
taste and give you a moment of happiness.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, closed
on Monday and Saturday lunch in July and August, and Monday night and
Tuesday the rest of the year.
Jean-Marie Mare started his career in Moustiers
several years ago and after gaining his experience through different
stops in France and abroad, including as far as Norway, he came back to
Moustiers to share his talent and originalities with gastronomes
enjoying the sun.
He has succeeded in mixing the Provencal tradition
with an appropriate use of regional products binding it all together
with a deep sense of quality to match the different flavors.
